S11 belongs to the fully sealed distribution transformer with a rolled iron core. It is a new generation of low-noise and low-loss transformers developed in recent years.
Its iron core has no joints, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, making the no-load carrying current reduced by 60% to 80%.
The high and low-voltage coils are wound continuously on the core column, the windings are tight and the concentricity is good, which further enhances the anti-theft performance of the product. Noise drops by more than 10 decibels.
The temperature rise is 1620K lower. Due to the continuous winding of the iron core (with a pure circular cross-section), the orientation of the silicon steel sheet is fully utilized, reducing the no-load loss by 20% to 30%. The low-voltage winding with a capacity of 630"25.0KVA adopts a cylindrical or spiral structure, with high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turn distribution, and good short-circuit resistance. Displacement occurs, and at the same time, all fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners will not loosen during the long-term operation of the product, which meets the requirements of not hanging the core.

 

Components of the transformer:
The body (core, windings, insulation, leads), transformer oil, oil tank and cooling device, voltage regulating device, protection device (moisture absorber, safety airway, gas relay, oil conservator and temperature measurement device, etc. ) and outlet casing. Specific composition and functions:
(1) Iron core. The iron core is the main magnetic circuit part of the transformer. Usually, the silicon content is relatively high, with thicknesses of 0.35mm, 0.3mm, and 0.27mm respectively. The hot-rolled or cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are coated with insulating paint on the surface. The iron core is divided into two parts: the iron core column and the transverse piece. The iron core column is covered with windings; the transverse piece is used to close the magnetic circuit.
(2) Winding. The winding is the circuit part of the transformer. It is made of double-wire insulated flat wire or enameled round wire. The basic principle of the transformer is the principle of electromagnetic induction. Now, a single-phase two-winding transformer is taken as an example to illustrate its basic working principle: when the voltage U1 is applied to the primary winding, the current I1 flows, and an alternating magnetic flux is generated in the iron core. O1, these magnetic fluxes are called main magnetic fluxes. Under its action, the windings on both sides induce electric potentials respectively, and finally drive the transformer control device.
 

The transformer adopts a corrugated oil tank, and the oil storage tank is canceled. The tank cover and the tank edge are completely welded or fastened with bolts, which prolongs the service life of the transformer oil.

After degreasing, derusting, and phosphating treatment, the surface of the product is sprayed with primer and topcoat, which can meet the special requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical systems, and humid and polluted areas. The selected components adopt a fully sealed transformer oil tank and are equipped with a pressure relief valve and a signal thermometer as required by the standard. Gas relay, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
