S11 belongs to the fully sealed distribution transformer with a rolled iron core. It is a new generation of low-noise and low-loss transformers developed in recent years. Due to the continuous winding of the iron core (with a pure circular cross-section), the orientation of the silicon steel sheet is fully utilized, reducing the no-load loss by 20% to 30%. The low-voltage winding with a capacity of 630"25.0KVA adopts a cylindrical or spiral structure, with high mechanical strength, balanced ampere-turn distribution, and good short-circuit resistance. Displacement occurs, and at the same time, all fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners will not loosen during the long-term operation of the product, which meets the requirements of not hanging the core.
 

 

The transformer adopts a corrugated oil tank, and the oil storage tank is canceled. The tank cover and the tank edge are completely welded or fastened with bolts, which prolongs the service life of the transformer oil.

After degreasing, derusting, and phosphating treatment, the surface of the product is sprayed with primer and topcoat, which can meet the special requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical systems, and humid and polluted areas. The selected components adopt a fully sealed transformer oil tank and are equipped with a pressure relief valve and a signal thermometer as required by the standard. Gas relay, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
